JUNIOR FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Create a UJFC best in class inclusive football program that nurtures talent whilst teaching children the benefits of working hard, playing with purpose teamwork, resilience and respect.

• ⁠Ensure best practice training techniques are rolled out and shared.

• Publish training documents to support new coaches and the transition through different formats of the grassroots program.

• Create and promote an open environment for sharing ideas and best practices for team growth and development.

• Responsible for organising football camps.

• Produce training videos focused on skills development to assist players and coaches.
