Best UJFC Memory: Seeing players develop as young people & footballers. Also good to see boys take steps into the Academy football, certain sense of achievement for me & the players - 3 full time academy registrations & 2 regulars at Cat 1 development centres
Interesting Fact/Story: Having previously worked in football full time; I oversaw 2 premier league tournament wins with my group
